Nice park for the price-we used Coast to Coast at $10 nightly. Clean and neat. Just come in, choose one of the visitor sites, and a greeter comes around later to check you in. Nice pool, showers decent, no sewer but dump available. Incredibly interesting area with large Amish settlement and free CD's drive tour available from visitor center in Elkhart. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Very nice park. We stayed here thru our C2C membership and then went back for another week. Nice break from the 55+ parks so common in AZ. Even though there were a number of seasonals staying here, it was a very friendly park without the clique feeling we have sometimes felt. Also had two nice pools, hot tub, and pool bar with lunch specials and happy hour. Entertainment on weekends--dinner specials-breakfast specials--on site propane service--We felt this was one of the most fun parks we have stayed this winter.

This is a very nice park that we felt was more than worth every penny (the amount we quote was our PA rate). In fact, we felt it is one of the nicest parks we have been in for the price. Cable with three movie channels-a courtyard with a fire pit-beautiful scenery--and just very quaint! Staff were very friendly. We loved it. As for the trains, from reading some of these reviews we were prepared for trains every half hour. There were a few trains each day-but it was NOT a big deal at all. Now granted, we are in an Excel, which is the quietest unit we have ever been in due to the insulation. But its hard to see how anyone could be disappointed at this park. (866) 386-4241

Appeared very run down with lots of hookups out of order. While we allegedly had 30 amp service, I don't think that is what we were getting. Next to the freeway. Self serve-no one available when we were there. Was OK for sleeping for the night.

We stayed here for a month and am not sure what the nightly rate is. We took a monthly rate of 220 plus metered electric. Had what we needed and the price was hard to beat. Major downside was the Wi-Fi which was available to purchase through a company a rv park wifi provider. We had a terrible experience getting a decent signal, getting thrown out and needing to reconnect etc. The park staff were very apologetic, but didn't control how the company poorly dealt with it. We are still in dispute with our credit card company over paying the Wi-Fi company. But again, I don't attribute this to the park or their staff. This park is a number of RV sites in the rear of a trailer park, a lot of the RV's stay for multiple months. With that being said, every one was very friendly and not the clique, uncomfortable situation you sometimes feel in the snowbird parks in Arizona. We would stay here again.

An acceptable park with all basic hookups. Self check in--but all worked fine for an evening off the road.
